  • This means we're waiting for your payment before processing can begin.

💰 Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is received, the status will update to PAID – PENDING (your order is now being packed).

  • Payment confirmation times vary by method:

    • Crypto payments: Activated within 1 hour (fastest option + 20% cashback).

    • Bank or other methods: May take up to 3 business days.

  • If your payment isn't confirmed after 3 days, please open a Support Ticket for assistance.

📦 Packing & Shipping

  • After your order is packed and shipped, the status will change to PAID – SHIPPED.

  • Occasionally, you may see SEMI-SHIPPED — this simply means part of your order has shipped first, and the rest will follow shortly.


🚚 Tracking Your Shipment

  • When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • To get your tracking number, reply to that email or open a Support Ticket.

  • If you don't see our email, check your Spam/Junk folder and mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future delivery.

  • US Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days after shipping

  • International Orders: 12–20 business days after shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Typically $30–$40 depending on destination and warehouse. Large or split shipments may cost more.

  • Minimum Order Amounts:

    • No minimum for Crypto payments

    • $200 minimum for other payment methods
